Aps in Denmark while living in Sweden
Hi there I'm reaching out to request written confirmation that I can establish a Danish ApS (Anpartsselskab) while residing in Sweden. From what I’ve read online, this should be possible, but I’d like official confirmation before proceeding. The company will be registered in Denmark, with all business activities, sales partners, and revenue based in Copenhagen. I will be the sole owner, but I plan to live in Sweden.
